Fun 86 show
Great sounding SBD. Phil could be a little louder but that’s generally true of 80s boards. I love hearing Bobby’s guitar way up I. The mix like this. “That’s All Right, Mama” is verging on train wreck most of the time but it’s fun to hear them try it! Also, Brent seems to have kind of lost his voice for this show. He kind of gives up 3/4s of the way through “Tons Of Steel.” Phil’s singing loud and proud though!

The last That's All Right Mama, and the only other, was 13 years prior when Merl and Dicky Betts, among others joined the boys (and girl) on stage. Wonder what triggered this is Jerry's head.

WoW!!
Criminally underrated & reviewed show. The first three #'s smoke. One of the best West LA's ever inspite of the little prematur ending flub. I like the Bobby is using some wah at times making some really interesting sounding chords. The Shakedown smokes. there's some nice Jerry picking on That's All right Mamma; granted it'd not 73 Keystone but it's novel enough. Jerry's voice sounds good & they seem to be playing on all cylinders. Admittedly I only listened to Set 1 and Shakedown but what I heard was spot on and groovy.
